About this Project
Datadog is a leading company in cloud monitoring and security services. However, we have never had a post-sale platform to support existing customers or highlight the capabilities of our support team. To address this gap, the team took the initiative to design Datadog’s first-ever post-sale platform.
Design Challenges & Approach
Since the page will be part of our corporate site, stakeholders have proposed consolidating all information into a single page. However, due to the extensive content, the design must be carefully structured to ensure clarity, readability, and a seamless user experience.
Since our web design system is still in development, I decided to use this page as a test case to further experiment and refine the system.

Design Solution
The hero section follows the same template as the Datadog Live page to ensure consistency within our branding system.
Persona Guide
To address the diverse needs of customers at different stages of their product journey, we mapped out distinct personas and structured the steps accordingly. This approach helps guide customers to the right resources seamlessly and without unnecessary complexity.
Information Hierarchy
Since the page contains extensive information about various services, I used accordions to organize the content while maintaining a clear hierarchy. Each accordion includes a brief summary of the service, allowing users to quickly grasp key details before expanding for more information.
